ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Olson Humphrey a student of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine currently completing my graduate studies at the National University of Natural Medicine. My path toward this medicine began in 2018 during my own healing journey, when I sought relief for chronic, full-body pain caused by Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
After receiving compassionate, body-centered care from a skilled acupuncturist in Vermont, I experienced not only pain relief but a profound sense of reconnection with myself. That experience sparked something deeper — a calling to study this ancient medicine and share it with others.
With a background in nutrition research and a long-standing passion for holistic wellness, I was drawn to the way Chinese medicine blends classical wisdom with modern insight. I’ve experienced firsthand how food, movement, and mindful lifestyle shifts can influence not only physical health, but also emotional and energetic balance. As I continue my training, I’m especially inspired by the ways acupuncture, herbal medicine, gua sha, and nutritional therapy can support whole-person healing. This site is a reflection of that journey — a space to connect, learn, and eventually offer care rooted in respect, presence, and empowerment.
